3 /5 Scott Zaval: The personnel that work there are great. The bank policy on your bank card if it gets scanned is miserable. I stopped at six places the day after payday and both bank cards were scanned and stupid charges came up. Response at first was great. Figured everything was set. Two days later I get my LCCU card. It has been over two weeks. There policy is they investigate the charges, make a determination, order you a different card number, 7 to 10 days for the bank to get your card, then you can get your card. Banner bank I could walk in Same day and get a replacement.
