1 /5 Kristina Bevard: Washington Trust Bank as a whole is a joke of an establishment. Their fees are outrageous, there are constant overdrafts before they should be applied, and there are continuous bank errors. The "secured credit card" they offer is more like a prepaid debit card that does 0 good for helping build a persons credit! Bank somewhere else than this place, your money will thank you!

3 /5 dank jr: If your opening a checking account this bank is great. For loans go some where else. I do not understand how i qualified for a 275k home at pennymac. This bank only approved me for a 90k home. I am sure i could buy a nice garage with that just seems odd. I gave them pay stubs and had a great credit score of 730. Took them 1 month to get back to me. Pennymac approved me in 2 days.

1 /5 Kristin Cowan: Horrible customer service. The woman claiming to be the "assistant manager" was extremely rude, even snotty to say the least. This is the LAST bank I would ever consider opening an account with.
