Billie Chuck I had unfortunate, odd things happen with my account, and I had horrible horrible time getting my check released and I ended up finally everything being OK but there was one teller that went above and beyond exceptional customer service and was just a wonderful helpful person went way out of her way to help me and she’s absolute joy to talk with so if you need to open the account. Cheryl Scott I am soo pleased with my customer service today! My banking expert was Shane! He took care of all my banking needs! Can not recommend this bank and my experience as a 10 but I was beyond satisfied! I tend to ask a lot of questions when it comes to my money. So patient and kind! He even recruited the manager ( Tonja I believe?) to answer even more questions and help out. I truly feel valued as a customer!
