Charles was able to quickly source a beautiful replacement band and install in just a couple days. I had to return for a small tightening adjustment which he was able to perform right away and with a friendly professional demeanor. Thank you Charles and the Bayside team for the great service.

Jessica Bushman: Fairhaven Gold is the best local jeweller around town. Take your business here and they will knock it out of the park. Far more than 5 stars is deserved here. I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
