I brought my 10 year old daughter to work and she went off to look around. After she didn’t come back for more than a few minutes I was very concerned. I ran through the entire event area and could not find her. Heather saw that I was distraught and she sent her team to go search the grounds. They found her safe and sound but I wanted to leave her a 5 star review because she didn’t need to help me. She didn’t have to do that for any reason other than she genuinely cared about a stranger finding her daughter. I think that speaks volumes about her character. Thank you Heather and her team! I provided the adjuster with all necessary documents, including the police report. My car has not even been taken to a repair shop for an estimate of repairs. Instead, they sent an appraiser who spent less than two minutes taking pictures and declared it a total loss. From there it should be simple enough to settle, but I am getting nothing but the run around. Not even a rental car while they twiddle their thumbs!!
