5 /5 Lymari Feliu: Its been just over a week since i came here to get my eyebrow pierced. I admit i was nervous about getting it done at the mall but the experience was great and quick. I think my piercer was Heather (?) i dont fully remember but she was great. Talked me the through the whole process and gave me a rundown on healing. I dont typically heal well with certain metals and she didnt dismiss that like previous piercers elsewhere. She told me other jewelry options that might help and told me to come back and shed gladly switch them out but the healing has been smooth!

1 /5 Alissa F: Chick is so stoned in their working and won’t even help me find a specific nose ring. Absolute trash customer service. Typically I let the girl know what I’m looking for and they help me find it since the cases are full of mixed metals, mixed colored gems, etc and have 0 organization other than gauge size. This girl just showed me the case and said “this is all we have” and wouldn’t help me at all with it and stood there staring at me even as I asked her to help me search through the nose rings for the ones I needed. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and the lazy customer service really pissed me off. Won’t recommend this place to anyone and will be buying else where now.

j a: Went to looks at rings with Kim. Found one that we really liked and an accent band that looked great with it, but we wanted to see what it looked like with another band. They ordered it and called me two days ago, I came in today (on my day off) to look at it with my girlfriend and have her try them on. Kim was there messing with some paperwork and the other teller was busy with a customer. I made eye contact with Kim (I was sitting down with my girlfriend waiting patiently for her to finish with her paperwork. As another two customers walk in she says to me that she will be with us in a minute, she then proceeds to help the people that had just walked in instead of us even though we had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. After Kim was finally done making her sale, she finally came over to help us. I gave her the card she gave us with the information for the rings we wanted to see and she told us that "They were beautiful, but because you didnt come in right away we sold both of them to someone else." Atrocious customer service on all levels, taking my business elsewhere.
