5 /5 Hannah Roppo: I had such a great experience at Banter thanks to Maricela! She was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in—friendly, attentive, and genuinely a joy to talk to. She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and even helped me get a discount, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you meet someone who makes the entire experience feel so easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to Banter and recommending it to my friends and family, especially because of the amazing service from the manager, Maricela. She’s a gem!

5 /5 Courtney Williams: I went here for my second piercing and I am so glad I did!!! The lady helping us was so sweet and she was really good at explaining everything that was going on... As for the piercings, they stopped hurting after the first few hours and havent had any issues with them!!

5 /5 Katie Hira: We did a family piercing with three girls 12,9, and 2 years old. Lainey pierced the girls and assisted with our purchase and after care, everything we needed to have a successful piercing!! We are really happy with our experience.

5 /5 Brandee Osborn: Lianey was so awesome and personable. Mom my and I stopped by because one of her earring holes closed up so she needed to be re pierced. She talked my mom through all the options, very patient and kind. My mom has a real low tolerance for pain so getting pierced is never fun for her. But having Lainey walked her through made my mom feel so comfortable and at ease. She also told me about their deals and I ended up purchasing a pair because my 3rd piercings werent healing up properly. Lainey said that she could replace my current ones with the ones I purchased. She was so sweet and as careful as she could be, but considering how upset my ears still were it was a bit painful. Honestly though if I had to have done it myself I wouldve chickened out so im super grateful she was able to do it for me ❤️ Definitely recommend this Kiosk!
