kelsy Ann Worst experience ever. Sales woman was extremely rude. Completely ignored me and then when I was being helped took the ring I was looking at and gave it to another person. No conversation or whether I was going to purchase it or where I was in buying process. She had little to no customer service skills. I drove from an hour away to view a ring they had to see if it would work well with my existing stack. I will not be wasting my time.

Pac Love Excellent and exceptional service and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a particular product and they helped me find the best one with the most reasonable price. My first time visiting this store and both of the gentleman were very professional polite and pleasant. I will most definitely recommend them to my family and friends and most importantly I will return soon. Wish you guys had an online option when new stuff arrives but hey maybe in the future that will happen. Great business 10/10

Slick McFavorite after an exhaustive search and calling or bringing my Ronson windlite into various places for repair I finally was able to find a place it could repair it. I inherited this lighter already broken and couldnt be happier with the price friendliness and attention to detail that was put into repairing it. I would 100% recommend any repair or custom work to be done by These Fine people. I spent 10 minutes just looking in the window of the repair shop and looking at all of the awesome equipment that they have.

Sonny I had great anxiety bringing my daughter in to get her ears pierced, Leanne did a great job explaining the process and coordinated so both earrings would be pierced at the same time. On the actual moment of getting her ears pierced the process was quick and she made sure before actually doing the piercing that its where we wanted it to be. Upon completion my daughter cried for no more than 5 seconds and was absolutely happy. We are super pleased with the service this banter offered us and will definitely come back again

Kevin Harrell Horrible Service and Experience.. today I was trying to pawn my new air pods 4 headphones, still in box.. the retail price is 143(including taxes), This place offered to give me 25 $ for theseairpods and they must have a charger cable with them.. I explained to this pawnshop, that these earbuds do not come with a charger when u purchase them, only the case and earbuds..they stated its their "policy" to take a charger with it.. I told them I do have a extra charger but the charger by itself is 20 $ .. For the price of 25$ , i can only offer the air pods . They stated that even tho the air pods does not come with a charger, they need one.. Absolutely ridiculous.. I believe that I was pre judge and the real reason is because they think everything a black person brings in there store is Stolen. I am tired of being treated like a criminal.. it doesnt even make sense to offer me 25$ and demand that I bring my own charger or they will not take the air pods ...this store and the service is ridiculous....

Jas League Got my second piercings done here. They pierced it way too far into my cartilage on one side . The earring was too small for where they pierced it and it ended up getting sucked into my ear. My ear was extremely red and swollen I had to go to urgent care to get it out.
