We custom-designed a Bella Ponte engagement ring and a Bella Ponte wedding band to fit perfectly together for my wife, and Olivia and her team custom-engraved text into my wedding band. They communicated so well with us and gave us a fair price despite the federal tariffs drama. We are so thankful to Olivia and her team. They made my wife’s creative visions come to life.

We were greeted by the friendly security guard and then by Maria. Maria took her time to listen to our requests and find a diamond and band that matched what we were looking for! My husband designed my custom engagement ring with her which turned out beautifully. I later visited to buy a wedding band to match my engagement ring. Steve was friendly and engaging and really showed he cared by the way he took his time to design a wedding band that matched my engagement ring. He made the ring shopping process easy and stress free. Since then we have been in multiple times and my husband even bought a watch from Steve. 5 /5 Geeky Bride: Olivia and Steve are the absolute best! My husband and I have been customers for many years. I still miss Sue but she’s retired now. However, Steve has been a blessing even when Sue was there. He’s our to go to guy! It’s cool seeing him growing as an individual and omg and he’s the coolest dad ever to little Mav. I’ve seen so many different managers and supervisors come and go at this Ben Bridge but they have one of the best that I truly admire and respect and that’s my girl Olivia. She’s such a great asset to Ben Bridge and yesterday she definitely demonstrated great leadership qualities as well as integrity and empathy. When I tell you that I’m very selective of who I vibe with and I deal with nothing less than the best, Steve and Olivia both are my team jewelers. You can’t go wrong with either of them.
