Ashley Lee I visited the Swarovski store on sunday in the afternoon. There were two female employees working. When I came in, they were both helping customers, which I completely understood. However, once one of them finished, she did not assist me; instead, she chose to help another customer who came in after me. I tried to be patient and reasoned that perhaps she assumed I was just looking around. But after waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, I began to feel dismissed. While the second employee was checking out her customer, I even lined up behind them, hoping she would assist me afterward. But no—once she was done, she immediately attended to yet another person who had just walked in.
They completely ignored us. This felt like blatant discrimination. Do they think I’m not capable of purchasing Swarovski products? I have been a loyal customer, purchasing many items from Swarovski, but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such offensive behavior.
