They even did the rhodium plating for a ring we got somewhere else without us having to ask so the whole set looks super shiny together. Got them all done within an afternoon. Love the selections they have, more unique and creative than other places I have looked at. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Andrew Miller: Lilly was just fantastic to work with. She was very patient with my wife and me as we shopped for rings. She even special ordered multiple diamonds for us to inspect and select a custom ordered setting. Great experience and SO happy with the results.

1 /5 Miscellaneous Use: Spent about an hour here and I honestly could have stayed longer Kim was totally awesome and understanding. Showed us every ring we wanted to see and got us the best deal .. I definitely recommend you stop by and see Kim ! P.s. lifetime warranty and will only take about a day to size ! Edit/update: The quality of the product is horrible. On the second day of having my ring I had lost diamonds from the ring and when I took it back I was told they were not set properly. I had to then give my ring back and wait about a week for another ring to be "tested" and sized(so meaning the first one was not tested or set properly). Side note: there were also some diamonds that were smaller than the others.The ring was replaced but yet again the diamonds have started to fallout. The customer service might be great but its really not worth the waste of money trust me, I will NEVER purchase anything from Fred Meyer jewelers ever again !

3 /5 Alea Baptiste: Got beautiful rings that Kim helped us find for the best price. Unfortunately 3 days after I picked up the second ring a diamond had fell out, when we took it back the lady said not only was one lost but one diamond was significantly smaller than the others and the others were loose and I would probably lose them within the week. They did get us another one that was checked multiple times by whomever. Just really curious how we got such a low quality ring in the first place? Were they trying to get over? Who checked it before? It was replaced and hopefully stays intact.
