5 /5 Victor Mesa: Just left this place. The lady in the store was very friendly with my wife and I. Some interesting pieces available, including real diamonds and pearls. I didnt find the prices to be overpriced at all. Overall, it was pretty reasonable if you ask me. Ill be returning.

She was always so patient, kind, and communicative while we went back and forth on what we liked and didn’t like to help us find our ring. She listened patiently and even ordered rings to the shop so we could try them on in-person and find just what we were looking for. We love our rings and would come back for any of our jewelry needs. I highly recommend going to Debbie if you’re looking for rings as well.

PJ: Avoid this place. Abysmal customer service. I went to buy new studs to replace the ones I lost and get my ears repierced. The lady that did the piercing was new and pierced my ears with the wrong studs instead of the ones I picked out. Thats fine, mistakes happen. After I pointed out they were the wrong ones she went to get her manager. The manager came by and told me the ones I picked out were sold out, so I asked if I could refund or exchange them when they were back in stock. She basically said no, because I already got pierced, WITH THE WRONG STUDS. No refund, no exchange, no discount, not even an apology for making me pay for something I didnt choose to buy.

Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.

He’s not only friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable and can tell every bit differences between a subtle change on similar models(I was comparing 3mm and 4mm). He also knows a lot about the brand and is passionate in the industry. Great shopping experience overall.

She is extremely knowledgeable on estate jewelry,precious metals & gemstones, and more… Tara marveled at my pieces, was genuinely surprised and more so impressed with the quality of Franks work. She looked at his webpage and just shook her head.She knows there are VERY few craftsmen around that do handmade work like Frank Malinak. I’ve had Frank design and hand-make me pieces 10+ years. Frank always delivers. Custom pieces, turn old pieces into new ones, engagement rings, repairs, etc… Frank is one of the best out there. Highly recommend.
