K Alan Smith, Jeweler - Kirkland
Sutton Bradley: Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.
Shirzad Fine Jewelry - Kirkland
Shannon: I had an amazing experience at Shirzad Fine Jewelry! My original engagement ring had quite a few structural issues, and I knew I could trust them to fix it per friend recommendations. They completely remade my band and explained the entire process to me. It turned out beautifully and better than I could have ever imagined. The staff is incredibly kind, and we will be long term customers of Shirzad Fine Jewelry!
APM Monaco Seattle Bellevue Square - Bellevue
Dania: Had an incredible shopping experience at APM in Bellevue. The location exuded an atmosphere of elegance and refinement. My sales associate Seyma was so knowledgeable about the inventory and the history of each piece. I tried on so many pieces and was treated with patience and passion. Definitely go and ask for her!
David Yurman at Nordstrom - Bellevue
Justin Yang: I had a great experience here with D’Ondre getting my rose gold Madison bracelet. He’s not only friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable and can tell every bit differences between a subtle change on similar models(I was comparing 3mm and 4mm). He also knows a lot about the brand and is passionate in the industry. Great shopping experience overall.
Mallinak Designs Jewelers - Kirkland
Drew S.: I actually took my fiancés engagement ring and jewelry, along with mine to Tara Nash today to get an appraisal for insurance. She is extremely knowledgeable on estate jewelry, precious metals & gemstones, and more… Tara marveled at my pieces, was genuinely surprised and more so impressed with the quality of Franks work. She looked at his webpage and just shook her head. She knows there are VERY few craftsmen around that do handmade work like Frank Malinak. I’ve had Frank design and hand-make me pieces 10+ years. Frank always delivers. Custom pieces, turn old pieces into new ones, engagement rings, repairs, etc… Frank is one of the best out there. Highly recommend.
The Big Gold - Bellevue
Heather Reynolds: Called the number on the website a man answered without identifying the himself and before I could say anything. He said " We do not buy gold" and hung up!
Getty Jewelers - Redmond
BlaeceAelf: Always my favorite jeweler. They are always the nicest and best people to do business with. I love their selection which is all very tasteful and elegant. Service is top notch for whats in the case as well as custom work and their prices are spot on. Also, they have the sweetest Golden Retriever that hangs out and will get pets or give you space depending on your preference.

A go to spot for contemporary jewelry! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their jewelry. They took the time to understand my style and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without ever feeling pushy.
Swarovski Bellevue Square - Bellevue
Ashley Lee: I visited the Swarovski store on sunday in the afternoon. There were two female employees working. When I came in, they were both helping customers, which I completely understood. However, once one of them finished, she did not assist me; instead, she chose to help another customer who came in after me. I tried to be patient and reasoned that perhaps she assumed I was just looking around. But after waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, I began to feel dismissed. While the second employee was checking out her customer, I even lined up behind them, hoping she would assist me afterward. But no—once she was done, she immediately attended to yet another person who had just walked in. They completely ignored us. This felt like blatant discrimination. Do they think I’m not capable of purchasing Swarovski products? I have been a loyal customer, purchasing many items from Swarovski, but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such offensive behavior.
