    Sabrina Nelson: We dropped off my husbands watch early May for replacing crystal. It’s now August. Not only has this entire team failed to communicate anything with us, every time we call them, they have no idea what’s going with the watch or where it is. I have full confidence they e lost the piece and are hoping we forget about it. However, my husband received a call saying that it’s ready. Hooray! This whole ordeal can be done with. We head to the store and lo and behold, not only do they not have the watch, nor know it’s status, they said whoever made the phone call usually gets these things wrong. Selling out their own team and taking ZERO accountability. So not only was this an incredibly horrible experience, we STILL do not know where the watch is or when/if we get it back. I sincerely do not understand how this business has more than one star.

    Anna Moore: Janey was very helpful in providing me with information on how to reset my salt and pepper diamond into a new band. Communication was easy and she kept me up to date on the process. I had a bridal shower and was worried I would not have my ring in time to wear it for my special occasion. But lo and behold it was ready the day before! I was so excited to share the engagement ring with all my family! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this special little jewelry store.

    Isaac Dozier: Poor quality, scam display (made in China, displays Japan), and bad customer service. I needed a watch for EMT classes, worked well while the weather was dry. Once the rainy season hit, it started collecting moisture. Supposed to be water resistant to 5 bars. Ive worked in quality control before, I dont expect perfection. I understand things slip through. What I dont get is the audacity of this company to not back the products they sell. I was given the work around for 2 weeks before they finally said the regional manager approved for it to be repaired (4 weeks to get it back, I leave for Alaska in 2 weeks). This is a sub $50 watch. I cant imagine the clawing it would take to get service on something much pricier. This place is a gamble. 2 stars because 1 employee actually seemed actually empathetic, but helpless, to the situation.
