Ben has worked as a silversmith for as long as I have known him, 25+ years, and done lots of amazing work. Whether its handcrafted pieces from scratch to basic watch or jewelry repair, he can handle it. If you are in his area and need something done, hes definitely got you covered. I highly recommend this place!

I had a bridal shower and was worried I would not have my ring in time to wear it for my special occasion. But lo and behold it was ready the day before! I was so excited to share the engagement ring with all my family! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this special little jewelry store.

Isaac Dozier: Poor quality, scam display (made in China, displays Japan), and bad customer service. I needed a watch for EMT classes, worked well while the weather was dry. Once the rainy season hit, it started collecting moisture. Supposed to be water resistant to 5 bars. Ive worked in quality control before, I dont expect perfection. I understand things slip through. What I dont get is the audacity of this company to not back the products they sell. I was given the work around for 2 weeks before they finally said the regional manager approved for it to be repaired (4 weeks to get it back, I leave for Alaska in 2 weeks). This is a sub $50 watch. I cant imagine the clawing it would take to get service on something much pricier. This place is a gamble. 2 stars because 1 employee actually seemed actually empathetic, but helpless, to the situation.
