5 /5 Ruby Lindsay: Make sure to put this store on your ToDo List. Incredible family owned and operated. They have so many talents. Elizabeth’s has her own products. Incredible chalk paint with beautiful colors to choose from. Antiques, many that she has painted in her amazing paints. There is sooo much to explore, many rooms to explore. Husband is a jeweler along with his son. Topaz straight from the mines. Bead store of your dreams! Their building is a beautiful historic landmark worth an explore. There is so much more, but you have to see for yourself.

Please let me know what additional information you require. I’m disappointed by the response, as you initially denied my experience even happened and then blamed me for the experience itself. I have given the exact time and date of the visit (which was edited at the end of my review roughly 30 min after Elisabeth’s initial comment and is now stated above), if you choose to amend your response w/o said comments, I will be more than happy to adjust my review and rating accordingly. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The store itself is beautiful and has excellent selection. I was impressed by the beads offered, and overall selection. The only reason I am not giving the store a 4-5 star review is my discomfort with the cashier (possibly owner?) not wearing a mask in the store. I really would like to support local businesses but I’m extremely uncomfortable with not being able to stay safe during this time. While I love the products sold and the convenience, I will unfortunately not be returning because of this experience. COVID is real and masks work - 320,000 dead is not a joke and I’m upset for it to be treated like such. DO NOT shop at this business if you value your health during COVID.

5 /5 Brad Austin: It was time for me to get engaged, and I needed a special ring for the occasion. I decided to use this store, and I was not disapointed. Elizabeth was so helpful in helping me get the perfect band, and they hunted down the perfect diamond to go with it. The craftsmanship of the ring that they put together was perfect. The final product was more then I could have ever hoped for. It was one of the most sparkly diamonds I have ever seen. I proposed, and my now Fiance was stunned, and over the moon about it. These guys do a fantastic job, and I cant wait to use them again for my next purchase.

5 /5 Ingrid Carlson: Oh my gosh! She was so gracious and helpful. I spent over an hour making ten different pendants for porcelain hearts I had made. She helped me find just the right cord and just the right beads for each one. I am really so grateful.

We had an expensive piece of jewelry that needed to be altered, and we were not disappointed in the outcome. It was beautifully enhanced due to size that I needed for my finger. It was flawless. I was so happy to come back from a long trip to find it in such a great condition as it Was a 35 year relationship gift. I was also thrilled that they were willing to inspect and clean my wedding band and ring at no cost. Such a wonderful addition and unexpected outcome. Thank you so much for your service. Suzanne: I came in today to looking for something for my daughter birthday. I was looking for either a necklace or earrings with her birthstone. The selection here is very limited. Mostly gaudy pieces. The customer service representative seemed too eager to sell me something without knowing what I was looking for. I saw one piece and asked if he may have a longer necklace for it and he was reluctant to check. While I was there another customer came in with a custom bracelet that the lock broke in. Rather offer options to the customer on fixing it the representative insulted the customer saying he wont do it for free and they needed to leave. I asked to have my finger measured recalling it was a size 8. He accommodated me and my size was correct a size 8. He then suggested heavily a line up of rings that honestly looked like cubic zirconia at best and said they were my size. I could tell they werent but i did like one and asked to try it on. It was too small and he said he it is certified and can be sized but it will cost me. I said Im not interested as I didnt care for how he was speaking to me and how he spoke in general. He said do you want something cheaper because this ring is atleast $8000. He would sell it to me for $4000. I said no thank you and he began to berate me for not being able to afford the ring. I stated you dont know me or what I can afford and was turning to leave when He said that he didnt want a customer like me. I statwd I dont want to be a customer of yours and left. Unless you like to be haggled, harassed and insulted please dont go here.

Paula Owens: Onix is the hidden gem in the Anderson Shopping Center. I wish Id known about them sooner! They have the most beautiful, unique jewelry in their display cases! The main reason I needed to go in was a pair of earrings that I own: I couldnt read the purity mark on them with my failing vision. I felt like I was going to be a waste of time, but the gentleman behind the counter did not make me feel that way at all. He was so kind! He read the stamp for me without hesitation. I had also brought in a ring that meant a great deal to me. The stone had come out, and I hadnt been able to wear it in years. He took my ring and fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and hardly charged me anything. I am so glad I found Onix, and I recommend them to you without any reservations! This place stands out and shines.

He gave me a great price, a lot better than pawn shops around. Considering the price of gold now and the current scrap price, he paid a strong amount for my pendant. Very fair and nice guy. Quick and easy. Great jeweler.
