She worked with her wax carver to design me the ring of my dreams for a super reasonable price (in record time, might I add!), and gave me a great deal on a wedding band for my fiancé. She designed mine and my husband’s wedding rings, plus recently helped me redo a diamond ring I inherited from my mother, turning it from a somewhat dated 70’s cocktail ring into a beautiful classic ring that I know I’ll happily wear for the rest of my days. Her small shop always carries lovely, interesting things, but if you’re looking for custom jewelry that’s where she really shines.

1 /5 Colleen Sexton: I went to get the the tiny rhinestone that had fallen out of my Skagen watch replaced. As I entered, the woman inside asked if I was there to change a battery, without a hello, or any sort of salutation, mind you. I explained my issue, and she told me I would be better suited going to another establishment because her watchman only does Rolexes. I took my lowly Skagen and will not return. This was at least 2 hours before the posted closing time as well. Know your market, ma’am. And learn some manners

Chelsea Borror: Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!
