Jewelers Choice worked with me to design the perfect wedding band. They were so patient and gave me a couple options til I was satisfied.

Esther Budai Always a good selection BUT they don’t allow customers to use their restrooms. This is absurd - there are children and seniors, not to mention what kind of business can operate without toilets available to their customers? Closest restroom is in the mall, which is not close. Management should be ashamed of themselves to operate this way. TJ Maxx is one of my and many other’s favorite stores to visit, it allows time of enjoyment shopping and respite meandering through the treasure filled aisles - it’s unacceptable and disappointing to keep the facilities unavailable.

Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

Ha Travis I got this pendant in a trade and went here to sell it. The guy was extremely nice and tested it super quick. He told me it was 10 karat, I then asked how much he’d pay for it. He gave me a great price, a lot better than pawn shops around. Considering the price of gold now and the current scrap price, he paid a strong amount for my pendant. Very fair and nice guy. Quick and easy. Great jeweler.

Lilly C Edwards Poor customer service, rude staff, they just dont care about you. Dont go there to get your jewelry repair, the prices are absurd. ( incredibly overpriced). It seems that they dont care about bad reviews since the ratings are bad and they dont do anything to improve . Id rather look elsewhere where they value the customer. (Literally lots of options).

I love that we were able to customize my ring from the ground up and it turned out to be more perfect than Id ever want it to be. He was very respectful of our budget and didnt try to upsell us in any way, he made sure everything was exactly what we wanted and was able to get the ring to us within our timeline. 11/10 on quality and I highly recommend them!

Paula Owens Onix is the hidden gem in the Anderson Shopping Center. I wish Id known about them sooner! They have the most beautiful, unique jewelry in their display cases! The main reason I needed to go in was a pair of earrings that I own: I couldnt read the purity mark on them with my failing vision. I felt like I was going to be a waste of time, but the gentleman behind the counter did not make me feel that way at all. He was so kind! He read the stamp for me without hesitation. I had also brought in a ring that meant a great deal to me. The stone had come out, and I hadnt been able to wear it in years. He took my ring and fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and hardly charged me anything. I am so glad I found Onix, and I recommend them to you without any reservations! This place stands out and shines.

Rachael Decker Nancy worked with me to design the most beautiful custom wedding band! My engagement ring is kind of a funky shape, and I was very particular about wanting the band totally flush. She worked with her wax carver to design me the ring of my dreams for a super reasonable price (in record time, might I add!), and gave me a great deal on a wedding band for my fiancé. Suzanne I came in today to looking for something for my daughter birthday. I was looking for either a necklace or earrings with her birthstone. The selection here is very limited. Mostly gaudy pieces. The customer service representative seemed too eager to sell me something without knowing what I was looking for. I saw one piece and asked if he may have a longer necklace for it and he was reluctant to check. While I was there another customer came in with a custom bracelet that the lock broke in. Rather offer options to the customer on fixing it the representative insulted the customer saying he wont do it for free and they needed to leave. I asked to have my finger measured recalling it was a size 8. He accommodated me and my size was correct a size 8. He then suggested heavily a line up of rings that honestly looked like cubic zirconia at best and said they were my size. I could tell they werent but i did like one and asked to try it on. It was too small and he said he it is certified and can be sized but it will cost me. I said Im not interested as I didnt care for how he was speaking to me and how he spoke in general. He said do you want something cheaper because this ring is atleast $8000. He would sell it to me for $4000. I said no thank you and he began to berate me for not being able to afford the ring. I stated you dont know me or what I can afford and was turning to leave when He said that he didnt want a customer like me. I statwd I dont want to be a customer of yours and left. Unless you like to be haggled, harassed and insulted please dont go here.

Juan Escalante EXCELLENT jewelry repair. My wife took several pieces of jewelry for repair: herringbone, chain, tube bracelet and earrings. Some of the pieces were previously described as unrepairable by other jewelers. They were all made to look brand new.
