  • Ben Bridge Jeweler - Lynnwood
David Lee: We purchased some lovely earrings at Ben Bridge Jeweler at Alderwood Mall a few years back. Recently went back to work with Katy on the purchase of a Rolex Oyster Perpetual. We selected this model in a shade of green. Katy made the purchase easy, friendly and fun. I feel very welcomed every time I go in.
    Medina Jewelers - Lynnwood
Sherrie Stormo: My husband is sentimental and didnt want to replace his original ring -- after thirty years it had been worn down, and was very thin. We came to Medina Jewelers and they melted the original ring down, and doubled the gold. Not only was the owner extremely friendly and helpful, but the goldsmith did an impeccable job. We are extremely pleased to have the sentiment of the original ring, with the benefits of what feels like a brand new ring! Great experience all around!
Top Tier Pawn LLC - Everett
James: Hands down the best pawn shop in the area! The crew at Top Tier Pawn are not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly reasonable and knowledgeable. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just browsing, they treat you with respect and make sure you leave feeling good about the deal. It’s rare to find a pawn shop that actually feels like a local gem, but this place nails it. Highly recommend!
    Jared Jewelers - Lynnwood
Gaetano Diaz: We first came in to purchase a wedding band in time for our wedding in Mexico. The first employee that helped us showed no interest in the reason why we wanted to use them for our business. She rushed us and provided the wrong ring sizing measurement making the ring practically unwearable. We came back to get it resized in time for our trip… which didn’t happen. They never properly submitted our order causing us to wait for nothing due to their negligence. When we decided to finally just get a refund, the manager tried to not provide the entire refund. I would not recommend doing business with Jared.
Lizzys Jewelry & Loan - Marysville
    Lizzys Jewelry & Loan
Derick Wyatt: My grandfather passed away in 2004, and I was given his ring. He purchased it soon after his return from fighting in the jungles of Burma in WWII. He wore this ring every single day of his life. I remember playing with it on his finger as a little boy. It was in great need of repair. Several of the prongs holding the stone were bent or splitting. One had broken completely off. Lizzys did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing this treasured ring. I am truly grateful for their dedication to craftsmanship and quality. It looks stunning! Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone there was extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry repair and upkeep needs!
    Zales - Lynnwood
Tijanae Castro: I walked into Zales with a broken ring less than 24 hours before my wedding. I was stressed and afraid I wouldn’t be able to be accommodated. Caroline was the one who helped us out and she was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, understanding, and did everything in her power to make things right for us. Caroline, Willow, and Mehrzad all worked together to come with a solution for my husband and I. I am very grateful for them because I was able to walk out with a ring. These ladies are AMAZING. They honestly saved my wedding big time.
    Fred Meyer Jewelers - Snohomish
Rebecca Reznicek: Do not go here for jewelry repair. They are shady about the specifics of quotes (what part of quote is materials vs labor and other pertinent info). I was quoted an unreasonably high price for a ring repair on the phone. Went in to deny service and pick up the ring and was told the quote was more than $500 more than what I was quoted on the phone. My ring was returned to me covered in blue pen ink. Customer service slow and rude. Not sure sure about simply making a purchase, but do not go here for repair. Im so disappointed in my experience, Im actually writing this from the Fred Meyer parking lot.
Point No Point Studio - Snohomish
Kambri Tracey: I have been eyeing these rings for my 10th anniversary for a while now & always hesitated because it was such a large purchase made online from so far away. I really thought I wanted a ring from a jeweler so I could set my eyes in person on it but once I saw these rings, I could not make any other decision than to buy through Point No Point Studio. The uniqueness of the rings they offer & the quality is amazing. 10/10 recommend. I truly feel like this ring embodies me & my personality 100%.
    Fred Meyer Jewelers - Lynnwood
Steven Pfeiffer: Terrible experience. Went to get ring cleaned and they said they couldnt because a prong was bent. We took it to a jeweler whose been doing this for 40 years and he thoroughly looked it over and determined everything was fine. I dont know if they are trying to just boost their numbers or if the individual just didnt want to clean the ring. Very disappointed
