5 /5 Kambri Tracey: I have been eyeing these rings for my 10th anniversary for a while now & always hesitated because it was such a large purchase made online from so far away. I really thought I wanted a ring from a jeweler so I could set my eyes in person on it but once I saw these rings, I could not make any other decision than to buy through Point No Point Studio. The uniqueness of the rings they offer & the quality is amazing. 10/10 recommend. I truly feel like this ring embodies me & my personality 100%.

5 /5 Benji Birchfield: I had a wonderful experience with Point No Point Studio from start to finish. I decided to have a proper wedding ring made for my partner and PNPS was recommended to me by a silversmith I had commissioned years prior. My partner is very particular and doesn’t really wear rings, but after lots of searching she found a single design she really liked. Unfortunately it was from a large international company, and the price was suspiciously cheap with no certification of humane production, leading me to believe it was most likely mass-produced with questionable labor practices and unethically-sourced materials. I reached out to PNPS and inquired if they would be able to recreate the exact design from scratch. They were very accommodating, always quick to reply, thorough, kind, and made great suggestions. My mind was at ease knowing I’d be able to have a custom ring hand-crafted from scratch with certified-ethical materials and lab grown diamonds, while being able to support a domestic, artist-run, small business in the process. They wrote up a quote for me after determining specs, and were understanding when I had to put the production on hold for a few months. When the time came to put payment down, they gave me a quick turnaround on the CAD rendering and were able to get the ring produced, finished, and delivered yesterday, just 2 days before I depart for my wedding trip. The ring is absolutely beautiful and they did the concept justice, to say the least. I can’t wait to surprise my partner with it in a few days. The price was reasonable, and at the end of the day, totally worth it. I’ll add photos later as it’s currently under lock and key until the big day. I highly recommend Point No Point Studio for all your engagement and wedding ring needs, and don’t hesitate to inquire about custom orders that don’t fit the flagship concepts on their website, as they’re clearly versatile. 2 /5 Dani Rowe: We’ve honestly had a very frustrating experience when it comes to customer service with these people. My partner and I drove over an hour up there to pick out a wedding band to match my engagement ring and when we arrived the staff seemed annoyed by our presence. I have a uniquely shaped engagement ring so it was taking some time to decide which band would fit best and the girl who was “helping” us was visibly annoyed. We ended up deciding to make some changes to the engagement ring before picking out the wedding band and as we were leaving I overheard their staff talking shit about us. Decided to let it go- maybe they were just having a bad day. Then today we planned to drive up and pick up my engagement ring and pick out a band only to find out they already shipped it even though we never gave them the ok to do so. Really disappointing to be treated so poorly after spending thousands of dollars with them. Unfortunately we will be getting wedding bands elsewhere.

I started wearing my engagement ring - which is set in a pave band - 10 months ago and (knock on wood) none of the stones have fallen out or had any sort of issue since then. I had a custom wedding band made and Kylie provided top tier customer service along the way. Their designs truly are one of a kind and so breathtaking - thank you to the Point No Point team for all the hard work and love you put into such a special piece!

Throughout the entire process, PNP was communicative, eager to help, gracious in answering my endless questions, and overall a dream to work with. My rings arrived yesterday and I could not be happier — they’re better than I imagined. They’re prettier than photos. More perfect than I had hoped.
