1 /5 Bpclay: Took a bracelet to them and asked if they could shorten it. They said yes, $65, done in three days. One month later, after multiple calls and visits, they finally tell me it’s done. Look for yourself. What they did was laughable. They cut the string, tied enormous knots and superglued them so they wouldn’t come undone. I called my credit card company to get a chargeback immediately. I absolutely would not recommend letting them “repair” anything. I don’t imagine any of their jewelry is legit either.

I left my watch here in May and was strung along for months with excuses like “next day” and “next week.” I had to involve lawyers, the police, and the BBB just to get it back. Totally unreliable and untrustworthy—I would never bring anything here again. Also they made sure to have some else there to charge me a different price, than what we had agreed on.

1 /5 Erik Wiese: After changing a battery, they did not reset the timer hand to reset at the proper location. Its resetting in the middle of the watch. When I asked them to fix it, they asked me to pay for another $40.

1 /5 BayArea AZ: DO NOT GO HERE!! I went there to get m the crystal fixed on my watch and they said it would be$95 and this was JUST for a glass replacement. And they wanted the money upfront. This was and is WAY TOO MUCH! I went to a little watch place by my house and they did it for $50 AND. they replaced it with a Sapphire lense. They are WAAY OVER PRICED!!

5 /5 Mike Allard: when other prominent jewelers in the area said they could not fix my watch, i finally found these folks. not only did they fix it, they had the most reasonable price. would never go anywhere else for watch or jewelry repair. why bother with the rest when these folks are the absolute best!

Soo Beehler: they lied about changing the batteries on both my watch, said it was the watch that was broken but i took them to jewelry store after and they both work. So it took them three weeks, didnt even notify me, and lied about changing the batteries and argued that it was the watch and they did absolutely change the batteries. They didnt take responsiblity of not doing the work in the first place and wanted me to pay for it! If you want cheap jewelry maybe this is the place but definately not for any services.

Once my questions were answered I placed an order, and received the coat within a few days. The coat I received was exactly as described and well made. I love it so much.

Casey Younger: Super pleased with our experience here! Id been in in the past to get jewelry swapped out for my cartilage piercings, but this was my first piercing experience at Silver Safari. I was looking for a place for my 7 year old to get her earlobes pierced that didnt entail a piercing gun or "gunless cartridge" (which is just the bit from inside the piercing gun operated by hand). A few weeks prior I took my daughter in so she could see the place and we could ask questions and see her piercing jewelry options. Then on 6/16/25 we came in on a Monday after school. My daughter was excited, but still nervous about the unknown. We got Amanda and she was AWESOME. Back in a private piercing room Amanda explained the process to my daughter and was patient as my daughter asked questions (not just talking past my daughter to me). Then during the piercing she still talked her through it, and brought in a second piercer to do both lobes at the same time. They were quick and professional and my daughter who freaks out in tears at the doctor with shots didnt even cry once! Within 10 seconds of the piercing she was totally calm. And she was thrilled when she saw herself in the mirror with pierced ears! And then again, Amanda patiently listed to my daughters aftercare questions too. We never felt rushed. And I can safely say they are great with kids too. Immediately after Amanda also did a conch piercing for me, which was also very smooth. It was about 45 minutes total from when we initially walked in and took a number to walking out with piercing complete. Its now 10 days later and both our piecers are looking great. My daughter was able to get the comfortable flat backs due to the needle piercing, and has not complained once about any pain in the healing process or during our daily cleaning. Her ears also have not looked red or irritated since piercing day. I would definitely recommend Silver Safari to any parents looking for a place to safely pierce their kids ears and have a positive experience. Thank you Amanda!!!!
