1 /5 Soo Beehler: they lied about changing the batteries on both my watch, said it was the watch that was broken but i took them to jewelry store after and they both work. So it took them three weeks, didnt even notify me, and lied about changing the batteries and argued that it was the watch and they did absolutely change the batteries. They didnt take responsiblity of not doing the work in the first place and wanted me to pay for it! If you want cheap jewelry maybe this is the place but definately not for any services.

5 /5 Soul Baer: I had my TIMEX watch battery replaced for $17 including tax. He was kind and punctual with the service. All done in less than 10 minutes. For the service price and timely service it is by far the best ever!

1 /5 Stacy B: Terrible customer service. Checked to make sure they were open before driving over to drop off a watch for repair. "Oh sorry, you can only drop off a watch when the "watch guy" is there". He apparently runs his own business bla bla bla. Couldnt offer the simple courtesy of checking in my watch. How asinine is that policy? Lets call it an "inconvenience" store. They do not value you or your time. Why waste yours shopping there?

1 /5 Dolores Barnes: Had my south sea pearl necklace in to be restrung and was heartbroken to find my pearls were replaced by other smaller low quality fresh water pearls!!! The manager of that jewelry store was very dishonest and disrespectful. Will never trust this jewler again.
