Esther Budai: Always a good selection BUT they don’t allow customers to use their restrooms. This is absurd - there are children and seniors, not to mention what kind of business can operate without toilets available to their customers? Closest restroom is in the mall, which is not close. Management should be ashamed of themselves to operate this way. TJ Maxx is one of my and many other’s favorite stores to visit, it allows time of enjoyment shopping and respite meandering through the treasure filled aisles - it’s unacceptable and disappointing to keep the facilities unavailable.

Juanita Peek: Horrible service every time Ive had to go in and have my bracelet repaired as it has broken 3 times in 90 days. My son bought me a beautiful bracelet for mothers day last year. He purchased the LIFETIME WARRANTY. Well the first 2 times it broke they fixed it. The 3rd time they said I could get $49.00 for it, not what my son paid, after she laughed as she was walking out saying ha ha when did you purchase this. I said I didnt buy it my son did. Then she offered me 49$ I said no just fix it. Then she told me it would COST ME 59$ TO HAVE IT FIXED. SERIOUSLY??? IM beyond irritated and will never purchase a single item from your jewelry department. Neither will my entire family. Thanks for the Horrible service. Thats why my son bought a lifetime warranty!!!
