1 /5 Rebecca Reznicek: Do not go here for jewelry repair. They are shady about the specifics of quotes (what part of quote is materials vs labor and other pertinent info). I was quoted an unreasonably high price for a ring repair on the phone. Went in to deny service and pick up the ring and was told the quote was more than $500 more than what I was quoted on the phone. My ring was returned to me covered in blue pen ink. Customer service slow and rude. Not sure sure about simply making a purchase, but do not go here for repair. Im so disappointed in my experience, Im actually writing this from the Fred Meyer parking lot.

5 /5 Becky McGrath: This jeweler, Vinh Lee is so amazing! Vinh meticulously works for a perfect end result and exquisite finished product! I have turned my ring in several times for various things: resizing, rhodium etc and each time I get my ring back it looks better than new- I hope he is the main jeweler here forever so I can continue getting the most beautiful ring back each time!

1 /5 Cameron McGinness: Purchased a necklace from Fred Meyer Jewlers about 4 years ago. It has broken many times. Luckily I purchased the lifetime warranty and have used it multiple times. Just a few months ago the necklace broke again for the 2nd time just this year. When we took it in, they told us if it happened again they would just exchange it. Well, it happened again and now they said it’s only been repaired once. After the manager Melissa got involved they basically called me a liar and refused to exchange it. Melissa said if they did, they would give me what I paid in a gift card and I would have to buy the warranty again. I’ve purchased many pieces here such as a tennis bracelet, a few watches and more. You get what you pay for I guess. Way to petty of the shop for me to ever support again. Take your business elsewhere.
