5 /5 Tijanae Castro: I walked into Zales with a broken ring less than 24 hours before my wedding. I was stressed and afraid I wouldn’t be able to be accommodated. Caroline was the one who helped us out and she was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, understanding, and did everything in her power to make things right for us. Caroline, Willow, and Mehrzad all worked together to come with a solution for my husband and I. I am very grateful for them because I was able to walk out with a ring. These ladies are AMAZING. They honestly saved my wedding big time.

This last time I went in, Nancy helped me to resize my wedding ring and she was just so sweet and friendly and it was just overall a great experience. I never expect anything less with them. :) I don’t go anywhere else for my jewelry!
