Lynda Little The woman knew her stuff but was dismissive to anything I had to say. She made me feel completely irrelevant and basically had no interest in anything I had to show her. She was basically rude AND claimed my coins were something less than what there are. Go somewhere else.

Elizabeth Cuisinier I had a wonderful experience getting my wedding ring resized and repaired. They even cut it off, easily and at no extra cost. They were quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Now my wedding ring looks like it did 20 years ago. I highly recommend them.

Elizabeth Kowalski Theyre good I do like getting items at their store but I would be cautious of some of their clothing, bought a friend a dark orange dress I got for myself in a different size, because she loved how it looked on me, (an XL for me and for her an XLL). Unfortunately the first try on for her dress she noticed that the side of the dress near the cleavage area that the dress was missing the seams at the edges and the rope to tie up the top of the dress broke off. I included the video down below with her in the process of attempting to repair the dress. Just a warning to check the product before perchance, other than that, the ladies had great customer service 2 and a half out of 5 stars for me.

Dee Cee May 14th 12:40 went into the store to get some earrings we told them we needed some earrings for sensitive ears. As we went to check out we had two packs of earrings which we were told they were buy one get one 50% off but then we were told it was only for the more expensive brand although that brand had no labeling of buy one get one 50% off. So we were interested in buying another set of earrings. We have been told upon entry it was buy one get one 50% off or by three get three free. That was all that was said. So when we went back to get two pairs of earrings we were then told we had to buy three we could not buy one and get one 50% off. When asking the manager questions about why the packaging said sensitive solutions she literally said she didnt know why they would say it was sensitive on the package when it wasnt. There was a heavy push from the manager to buy the very expensive earrings. And she was very aggressive! We walked out of the store will not go back here. I dont tolerate my children to speak to me in a rude manner and Im not going to tolerate somebody elses child, in a place of management, to act so disrespectful. I suggest this young lady received training on simply how to speak to customers. Because this one is no longer one. My teen said she was super aggressive. Disgusting.. because of this interaction we headed over to JCPenneys to check out their selection and I was surprised to find hypoallergenic earrings we bought four sets of different types of earrings and it was $24 because they were having a sale. Nice try Claires with your deceptive practices

Johnny Findley Misty is an amazing person. Went to her shop and purchased some amazing stones and crystals. I came across a piece of vivianite from another shop. I asked if she was able to turn it into a pendant for me. She said she could. I told her I wanted to purify it first on my own since it needed it greatly. After I purified it, she put more loving, positive energy into it. I couldnt be any happier with her work. The copper wrap with the red leather cord truly brings out its radiance. With such an odd shaped chunk, she worked her magic. Misty has a customer for life. She is truly a gem.

Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

If you want something that’s designer that’s not just the hype beast clothing def check this place out. Such pretty clothing. Definitely a hidden Gem not like any boutique I’ve been too.

Jacob Mackey DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!! I had bought a ring thought the place was great I got another one I got offered no warranty the second time for a more expensive ring and less than a week two stones fell out I went back in and the lady acted like she knew that was going to happen said my ring was bent that’s why they fell out indeed it is NOT bent and I offered to pay more for them to repair it but to my surprise they DONT do that I will never be buying any jewelry from this place again if I’m paying that price for a ring at a place that doesn’t even repair the jewelry they sell I’ll take my money elsewhere
