Mike took the time to meet with us individually to explore design ideas- and even let me change my whole idea! He was professional, and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable trusting the team with family diamonds and gold that are very dear to me. Mike and the Teneff team exceeded my expectations with communication throughout the entire process. The end result is I have the wedding band of my dreams that means so much to me. Lucky, grateful and proud to have it crafted by Mike and the Teneff team.

    Anthony Calabro: Took my G-Shock watch in to be repaired because it was under warranty. all that needed to be done was a new band put on. It has been over 3 months and still I have not received my watch back. Every time I contact them or go in they say its still at the watchsmith. I am very disappointed with their repair service. And their ability to get your things back.

The process was very easy and low-key. We gave her an idea of a design for the engagement ring and she sourced a handful of yellow sapphires from friends and colleagues. We picked the stone, and in a few short weeks we had our rings. She gets tons of compliments on the ring. Fair pricing, with a smooth and professional process that is also not weird or pressured. Their space is also really nice and clean - feels fancy yet approachable.

I bought this ring a week ago and the color immediately tarnished away in a few days and the bracket does not stay intact and its constantly coming undone. This is a brand new lip ring compared to a year-old lip ring. Over priced for the quality.
