I stopped in with a friend to get our rings cleaned and inspected and I was having a hard time locating my diamond guarantee and we had found a issue with one of the prongs so she said we were gonna send it off to get it repaired, but I wanted to get it inspected and put on my diamond guarantee and so it took her a while but she stuck with it and we finally figured out. It was underneath my husband’s name so we got it taken care of.. But she was very courteous very patient and very understanding and we appreciate her.
