    Veronika Grebenshikov: Its Fred Meyer jewelers, not expecting anything extravagant however staff wise, none of the staff has any business working at a jewelry place especially, Missy. Could not even make a basic measurement for my husbands resizing of his band. Something as easy a size down for $88 was sized 1 whole size to small and then they wanted to charge me $250 to bring it back up to the correct size. I was told "Tracy" is the manager but multiple failed requests and attempts to speak with management came back ignored.

It was my first experience selling anything to a pawn shop but trusted other reviews which said everyone here was good people who would make you feel welcome. They lived up to my expectation and then some! At this point I’ve returned several times because I feel at ease here and both Bailey and Nikki have been incredibly easy and delightful to do business with. 10/10 would recommend.

Kylie is the sweetest and has a wonderful eye for styling jewelry to match no only other jewelry pieces but to the individual who is wearing it!

    Katy Garza: Yoshi and Mike are amazing! Both of these gentlemen helped me with my husbands wedding band. Yoshi helped with the initial purchase and answered my many questions. When the ring didnt come in looking like it should, Mike helped make sure to send it off to get it fixed. Everyone in this store is great, and my experience with Kay is always phenomenal.
