I had bought a ring thought the place was great I got another one I got offered no warranty the second time for a more expensive ring and less than a week two stones fell out I went back in and the lady acted like she knew that was going to happen said my ring was bent that’s why they fell out indeed it is NOT bent and I offered to pay more for them to repair it but to my surprise they DONT do that I will never be buying any jewelry from this place again if I’m paying that price for a ring at a place that doesn’t even repair the jewelry they sell I’ll take my money elsewhere

    Austin Holzer: I delt with Levi who is usually at a different location but I was fortunate enough to work with him at the Francis location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra distance. He not only made us feel welcomed but didnt rush us or use any kind of sales tactics so we knew we wanted to work with him again when we returned to pull the trigger on the most amazing ring weve seen at the 5+ stores we visited today! Im a heavy question customer and Levi answered all of them with a smile and would even have his manager assure us on the more advanced questions. The manager was really friendly and easy to work with as well and even polished/buffed the ring again before we took it just to make my girl happy which was a nice little cherry on top. Overall a 10/10 that I would do again! Thanks again guys!
