1 /5 Ted Harris-Means: While Dale gives the impression of being very knowledgable and easy to work with, he is incredibly disorganized and inaccurate with his estimates. He is very bad about responding to emails, and takes a fair amount of hounding to get in touch with. I told him very clearly what my budget for an engagement ring was and he assured me it could be done. Once he found the right stone, he ordered the ring. Only once it was made did I find out he it was 25% over my budget. Having already put down a 50% deposit, I had little choice but to find the extra money and pay for it. Very disappointing after a long process to find the right ring.
