She had so many amazing options for everyone to chose from and even was able to re-attach some jewelry for some party goers from another vendor. I now have 4 bracelets and one permeant necklace. The jewelry is so lightweight, doesnt bother me, snag or get caught on things. Most of the time I forget its even there! Tiah Mcglaughlin: I went garnet digging with my kids and found a 5.4oz star garnet. We came in just to ask a couple questions about what we could do with it. The man working there was very unfriendly and talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing the process of cutting gems. Potential customers with questions shouldnt be treated like dummies who are wasting your time. I could tell that he just wanted us out of there. I was polite regardless, but left feeling stupid for being excited about our find and driving 3 hours round to try and figure out if we had something special. If I decide to have it cut, it wont be at Irvs. Hes lost any future business with us.

Veronika Grebenshikov: Its Fred Meyer jewelers, not expecting anything extravagant however staff wise, none of the staff has any business working at a jewelry place especially, Missy. Could not even make a basic measurement for my husbands resizing of his band. Something as easy a size down for $88 was sized 1 whole size to small and then they wanted to charge me $250 to bring it back up to the correct size. I was told "Tracy" is the manager but multiple failed requests and attempts to speak with management came back ignored.
