I had a bridal shower and was worried I would not have my ring in time to wear it for my special occasion. But lo and behold it was ready the day before! I was so excited to share the engagement ring with all my family! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this special little jewelry store.

Isaac Dozier: Poor quality, scam display (made in China, displays Japan), and bad customer service. I needed a watch for EMT classes, worked well while the weather was dry. Once the rainy season hit, it started collecting moisture. Supposed to be water resistant to 5 bars. Ive worked in quality control before, I dont expect perfection. I understand things slip through. What I dont get is the audacity of this company to not back the products they sell. I was given the work around for 2 weeks before they finally said the regional manager approved for it to be repaired (4 weeks to get it back, I leave for Alaska in 2 weeks). This is a sub $50 watch. I cant imagine the clawing it would take to get service on something much pricier. This place is a gamble. 2 stars because 1 employee actually seemed actually empathetic, but helpless, to the situation.

I had the shank of my wedding ring replaced with white gold (from yellow gold) and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They also rebuilt a few prongs to make the diamonds more secure. They were incredibly patient with me while I swayed between ideas and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thanks so much Brent, Bryce, and Mike for the amazing experience ☺️
