1 /5 Sabrina Nelson: We dropped off my husbands watch early May for replacing crystal. It’s now August. Not only has this entire team failed to communicate anything with us, every time we call them, they have no idea what’s going with the watch or where it is. I have full confidence they e lost the piece and are hoping we forget about it. However, my husband received a call saying that it’s ready. Hooray! This whole ordeal can be done with. We head to the store and lo and behold, not only do they not have the watch, nor know it’s status, they said whoever made the phone call usually gets these things wrong. Selling out their own team and taking ZERO accountability. So not only was this an incredibly horrible experience, we STILL do not know where the watch is or when/if we get it back. I sincerely do not understand how this business has more than one star.
