5 /5 Joshua Carcamo: 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product. (:

Though I have bought a few pieces from Charles, my wifes wedding ring...from another jeweler...needed resizing and the stones checked for looseness. They cleaned it resized it and checked all the prongs and tightened where needed and returned it exactly when they said they would. Could not be happier with their expertise and service...my wifes says her ring looks brand new

We put down a $250 deposit June 21, 4 days later we got the CAD rendering, approved the first iteration, paid 50% of the remaining balance cost, and August 22 we picked it up and paid the final 50%. $1250 in total for a silver bar necklace with synthetic emerald/peridot/sapphire, my sister and I are very happy with how our vision was executed and cant wait to share this with our mom
