Buying an engagement ring or any jewelry can be a stressful process full of unknowns, but Joseph Jewelrys team was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had or chime in with advice when I was unsure of how to proceed. Their online system is absolutely dialed in and you can login and chat with them anytime you need to. I live many states away and was still able to design the perfect ring. They were patient and professional and wanted to make sure the ring was designed perfectly before sending it to me. Once the ring was done, my travel plans changed and they were able to work with me to help it arrive on time so I could propose in Portugal. Everyone I chatted with was so friendly and knowledgeable, I am so grateful to have a quality ring from this company. The ring is one of a kind and when you hold it and see it, you can tell it is a quality piece of jewelry with expert craftsmanship. I will be recommending Joseph. Jewelry to all of my friends and family.

I got my necklace back better than new. I was kept in the loop by the team there on updates with the piece and had it back in a. Few days ! For any jewelry needs I will go here !

They have great taste for developing clean and modern jewelry and can deliver on unique, trendy looks you havent seen anywhere else. I went the custom design route and brought a solid vision and illustrations to reference. Laksmi was super helpful throughout the process and helped me feel confident in making design tradeoff decisions and teaching me important details that make engagement rings special. Laksmi located the absolute perfect center gem stone for my engagement ring and the exact color of sky-blue accent stones I wanted. Both searches were not standard and she was able to find them quickly. The custom process took 6 weeks and the VM team delivered with no delays! They also work with a 5th generation jewelry fabricator in the area so I felt confident the craftsmanship would be top notch. It was! And my fiancé said yes! She loves the ring and we both cant stop staring at it.

Druvitha Lokasani: the quality of the rings is horrible. i brought 2 gold filled rings and they tarnished within 2 days and turned my fingers green. the manager also said that’s normal and you need to make sure not to wear them in water but i was very careful and made sure to not use them in water. she was justifying the bad quality of the rings and did not allow for any refunds or returns. additionally when we bought the rings we were told they were good quality. i have other gold filled rings that have not tarnished, and these rings were worse quality than some of the extremely cheap amazon rings.

Logan Silverberg: First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

They have such an amazing selection & are so reasonably priced given their amazing curation! Vivian & the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. When my ring needed some repairs after a year they went above and beyond with ensuring it was fixed, their jeweler even reinforced the ring to stabilize the stone a bit better. We can’t wait to continue to find pieces from Isadora’s to hand down for generations!
