5 /5 Victor Gehlen: Great experience here. My partner and I had purchased these rings in Hawaii from Tiffany. We did our best to select the correct size with advice from Tiffany and the assurance that the rings could be resized state side if necessary. Long story short, my ring ended up a half size too large. Tiffany had no interest in resizing my ring. They said it could not be done. Uhhh OK? I decided to try a local jeweler. We stopped by Simonto. He assessed the ring and agreed he could resize it. He said the diamond might pop out but if it did he could re mount it. The diamond didnt pop out and the the result is amazing! It fits great now. I couldnt be happier. We will be back for our next rings.

5 /5 Andrew Knutzen: My wifes wedding band had a broken prong causing the gemstone to fall out. Fortunately we found it in the driveway but obviously needed to get it repaired! Raffi was awesome and made what appears to be a high quality repair in 1/2 the time at 1/3 the price of a larger jeweler I got my first quote at. Definitely will come back here for future needs!

They have such an amazing selection & are so reasonably priced given their amazing curation! Vivian & the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. When my ring needed some repairs after a year they went above and beyond with ensuring it was fixed, their jeweler even reinforced the ring to stabilize the stone a bit better. We can’t wait to continue to find pieces from Isadora’s to hand down for generations!

The design captures everything I envisioned and more. Not only is the combination of the platinum with the diamonds and sapphires just right, the pattern she created is truly remarkable. Its not easy to balance randomness and pattern but that is what makes it feel so dynamic. It also fits perfectly and is incredibly comfortable to wear. The trial fitting period made me feel confident in my choice. I’ve worn it daily since receiving it, and it has become an essential part of my life. Hanz Atia: I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.

lindsey lowe: Ordered a $40 pair of earrings, wore them ONE time and one of them came out of my ear unbeknownst to me and was lost. I asked if they’d replace it. They said no but they’d sell me a single earring to replace it (plus $7.50 again for shipping). Asked if they would refund me for the single and I could return the one I still had. No again. They said they could include rubber backs for them so I wouldn’t lose another- which it seems they should include anyway so this doesn’t happen in the first place. Unfortunately, I’m not interested in being out $70+ for a single pair of be VERY minimal earrings. Overall disappointed in my experience/won’t shop with this small business again. Plenty of makers would resolve something like this to maintain a customer relationship.
