He guided me through the diamond selection process and made it a point to ensure I was getting the absolute best quality diamond in a price point I was comfortable. After selecting the diamond, I took his advise and went to 5 different competitors to compare. Bobs selection was far better than any of the others I saw. After I selected the diamond, I brought my fiance in to meet Bob and discuss the setting. She and Bob hit it off from the start. Bob was able to create the exact setting that she wanted and 5 years later my wife loves staring at the ring. We highly recommend Bob to anyone shopping for a ring.

5 /5 Maddison Amos: Great services done here when a diamond fell out of my engagement ring. I had bought the ring in another state and had no idea where to go. When I spoke with Danielle I instantly felt at ease letting a "stranger" fix my most prized possession. I got my ring back and its as beautiful as the day I said I do which was 5 years ago! They made it like new! I hope to not need anymore repair work but if I do there is no question where I would go. Also, while I was in their office I could see what they had for sale and everything was stunning and so well priced.

5 /5 Max: Bob was amazing! So was everyone that worked here. The process and stress of creating a custom natural ring was met with experience and a want to do what was right for me and my now fiancé! Bob let me look at many stones to determine what was most important to me in my affordability range. It was amazing to see each stone side by side to truly know the difference between color, clarity, and carat ranges (he only does the excellent cut as its maximum sparkle). And he only does natural diamonds that are GIA graded. Creating the setting was so fun as well! I showed quite a few examples and explained what I liked on each and we created the perfect setting together! Value wise, the quality for what I paid for exceeded what I could find online. Not only that, but for a ring I got to design every element of. Definitely recommend and the fiancé loves it!

lindsey lowe: Ordered a $40 pair of earrings, wore them ONE time and one of them came out of my ear unbeknownst to me and was lost. I asked if they’d replace it. They said no but they’d sell me a single earring to replace it (plus $7.50 again for shipping). Asked if they would refund me for the single and I could return the one I still had. No again. They said they could include rubber backs for them so I wouldn’t lose another- which it seems they should include anyway so this doesn’t happen in the first place. Unfortunately, I’m not interested in being out $70+ for a single pair of be VERY minimal earrings. Overall disappointed in my experience/won’t shop with this small business again. Plenty of makers would resolve something like this to maintain a customer relationship.

Jesse Moore: This store has local, unique, and high quality jewelry pieces. I bought a one-of-a-kind necklace here last year that I never take off and they customized it to my desired lengths. It initially came with a very dainty chain that cant survive my chaotic nature, I took it into the shop for repairs a few times and they were always so friendly and willing to repair it. A year later I finally got a heftier chain that has my charm customized to sit in the middle so the closure stays in the back! Every time I bring it in the owner recognizes the charm which feels really special and unique. I love this shop!!
