    Logan Silverberg: First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

They have such an amazing selection & are so reasonably priced given their amazing curation! Vivian & the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. When my ring needed some repairs after a year they went above and beyond with ensuring it was fixed, their jeweler even reinforced the ring to stabilize the stone a bit better. We can’t wait to continue to find pieces from Isadora’s to hand down for generations!

I chose the Blue Lagoon ring adorned with diamonds and Montana sapphires but I wanted more and she made it easy to customize by adding a few more stones. The design captures everything I envisioned and more. Not only is the combination of the platinum with the diamonds and sapphires just right, the pattern she created is truly remarkable. Its not easy to balance randomness and pattern but that is what makes it feel so dynamic. It also fits perfectly and is incredibly comfortable to wear. The trial fitting period made me feel confident in my choice. I’ve worn it daily since receiving it, and it has become an essential part of my life.     Hanz Atia: I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.

    lindsey lowe: Ordered a $40 pair of earrings, wore them ONE time and one of them came out of my ear unbeknownst to me and was lost. I asked if they’d replace it. They said no but they’d sell me a single earring to replace it (plus $7.50 again for shipping). Asked if they would refund me for the single and I could return the one I still had. No again. They said they could include rubber backs for them so I wouldn’t lose another- which it seems they should include anyway so this doesn’t happen in the first place. Unfortunately, I’m not interested in being out $70+ for a single pair of be VERY minimal earrings. Overall disappointed in my experience/won’t shop with this small business again. Plenty of makers would resolve something like this to maintain a customer relationship.
