We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. I saw some earrings that are going on my wish list. Thank you Chreys for turning a stressful situation into a laughter filled memory. Our Mother would have loved your shop.

They sourced a unique diamond and placed it into the setting quickly and the finished product was excellent. They stayed in communication and provided what backstory they had on the ring as well. I will definitely go back for other jewelry.

The owners and staff are amazing and did a fantastic job with a repair to my wedding ring! I’ve taken another ring there for a repair as a result of their professionalism, knowledge, trust and honesty! They complete repairs on site vs sending to Seattle or the East coast like some places I researched in the area. You won’t be disappointed with their exceptional work and their patience to their customers! Highly recommend!!

Amanda Marie: Im based in the UK and after my experience with The Fox and Stone, I have now learned that ignoring the bad reviews I had come across about them was much to my detriment. My partner and I ending up having a really unsatisfactory and often unpleasant experience whilst trying to order a bespoke engagement ring from this jeweller. We were charged hundreds of pounds for what were essentially emails which were unnecessarily lengthy and inappropriate at times and Dropbox files which were shared with other customers. Red flags started emerging when the design process seemed to change at the drop of a hat to suit them. The process stated on their website is very misleading and should be reviewed. We have now found that they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau in the US and will not be trusting any US based companies in future who do not meet certain business standards. In whole, it was a truly upsetting experience which I did express and was offered abysmal customer service in return.

Tabs planty world: Came to get a bracelet fixed, I KNOW I gave them all the pieces but when I went to pick it up the lady gave me a new one because she wasnt able to find a piece for the one I brought in. Amazing with customers and I recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful jewelry there!

Lauries World: I bought a Samsung Refrigerator and Stove from this company. They delivered it on time. Miguel Servellon (the owner) was very pleasant. While bringing my appliances in, Miguel destroyed the fridge door, BADLY! Miguel said he would be back the next Friday to replace the door and fix the stove (the light wont turn off and the digital display is unreadable). On the day before he was supposed to come, I messaged him on Facebook, and instead of answering me, he blocked me and deleted his last name. I was not sure of his business name, and I didnt know much about Miguel. I blindly trusted a thief! I paid $1000 for these appliances, plus a delivery charge. There was no way I was not going to get all the info on this man, and his business. So I found out he owns a home and operates his business in Aberdeen (this business). This is his business or at least where he conducts business from. I made a police report and then contacted the business. He destroyed this refrigerator, and he does not want to pay to fix it. He even used clear tape to attach broken parts. I would be ok with a replacement, but they are not acting as though that will happen. When I contacted them, they said I had the wrong number, lol. They come with a 60-day warranty that he has no intention of honoring. I intend to press this until I get an appliance set worth the money I paid for it, or my money back. This says they are a 5-star business, and that could not be further from the truth. Supposedly, they are going to replace them on Monday, this remains to be seen. I will update this if they do honor their warranty. I will also update it to let it be known that he DID NOT honor it. I will never do business with this man or this company again, and if youre smart, you wont either. I have since spoken to several people that Miguel has done the same thing, or something just as shady too. Protect your money and shop elsewhere. I have contacted the BBB, and I intend to contact the Attorney General. People deserve to know how this guy conducts business. If I could upload pictures here, I would. Hopefully, I can add the pics to Yelp. This store deserves minus 1000 stars! I would check out any jewelry of theirs BEFORE I purchased it. Update... After several phone calls. That ended with his wife hanging up on me once I said who I was, I drove to their store. They spoke to me and said they would give me back my money after they picked up the appliances. I let them know that, that was ok, but I wanted to get the police there, so he could tell him about this plan. Miguel did not like that idea. I insisted he give me my money back before I left, or the police would be called. My money was returned, and he picked the appliances up later that day. This is not a trustable business. Everyone should avoid it.

Daryl Wyrick: Went in to get a hold piece tested and possibly sell. 1st of he wasnt transparent he said it was only 14k and did not tell me the weight when I said what I thought it weighed he said thats close. He then offered me half of what I actually sold it for at another place in Oly where I found out it was 18k and they paid 75% of market where Stullicks offer was around 30% so myself would not recommend them. I am lucky I knew that I was smart enuff to get a second opinion and saved myself from getting ripped off for over ,$600. Not a good example of how to run a business for sure.

Derr Jewelry - Port Townsend

Denae: My husband bought & designed my wedding ring from Derr Jewelry. Within 5 years, two diamonds have fallen out. The first one fell out last year and my husband paid for a new diamond to be mounted back in. Come to find out a jeweler who looked at my ring yesterday said Jeff just soldered the metal prong to a really high heat and didnt use any perious metals to fix it properly and guess what? The same prong broke again and another diamond is now lost. And to fix my ring it has to be totally remounted $ I was also informed the white gold is very porus in my ring like he used subpar metal on the ring to begin with. We are not rich and my husband paid good money twice over for my ring. Also the surrounding stones are lose/one chipped sapphire. Derr never returned my husbands call about this. We wont ever go back.
