    Jessica Sturgeon: I had a diamond created from the ashes of my late husband and received it without a setting from the company that created it. I went into Geralds with a vision of how I wanted to wear this special piece. Already owning and wearing my wedding band on this lotus pendant enhancer, I wanted to wear it in between to show through. It took only a week for Debbie to find a piece that would fit not only my diamond but the way I wanted it to. Less than a week for it to come in and even less than 24 hours to mount and clean such a precious piece. I would choose Geralds any day to care for any of my jewelry.

I like small delicate and dainty jewelry and she has quite a bit as well as some other styles that feel to me like clean and simple.     K M: The owner, Gloria, is so warm, down to earth, and personable. I purchased a gorgeous pair of Emerald earrings and had my wedding set sized and soldered with her. Her pieces are all heirloom-worthy and stunning; I highly recommend both locals and tourists check her store out! Great location near restaurants too.

    Kirk Wiper: After our amazing jewelers (Strauss) retired, we found Burtons based on a recommendation by family. We took a wedding ring in that required some minor work and was told by the owner, Phil, that it would take two weeks. More than three weeks later, I called and Phil told me it was still out but that he would call me back. He did not. I called again and left a voice mail. After receiving no return call by end of business the following day, I called again and was told that someone would call me back by end of business that day. At almost 6, (the business closes at 5), I called again and was told they just hadnt had a chance to call me but that the ring should return the following day- nearly four weeks in total. A simple call back with an explanation would have cleared this all up but that clearly wasnt part of the service. After finally picking it up- still no explaination- we ran next door to a neighboring jeweler who, after inspecting it, assured us that it still had the original stones and that the ring had, in fact, been repaired. We wont use Burtons again- not a huge loss to them, Im sure, but a completely unnecessary one.

    Joshua Carcamo: 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product. (:

    Ellen Zirkle: Took a few heirloom pieces in to have them recreated into one piece. Owner stated he would draw up some design ideas and email them to me, I never heard back. Weeks later I went in and was told he was working on the piece and that it was at home on his work bench. Fast forward a few more weeks, I picked up the finished product. The piece was basically the original with the setting and stone soldered on. The price was double what I was quoted but I was told if I wanted to let him keep the gold the price would be lowered. The gold he was asking to keep was my Mothers original wedding set minus the center stone so I declined. I wasn’t thrilled with the finished product but thought perhaps it would grow on me. Approximately 1 month later the center stone popped out of the setting. Really bad experience, poor communication, did not listen to what was wanted, shoddy work. Would definitely NOT recommend.
