    Joshua Carcamo: 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product.     Ellen Zirkle: Took a few heirloom pieces in to have them recreated into one piece. Owner stated he would draw up some design ideas and email them to me, I never heard back. Weeks later I went in and was told he was working on the piece and that it was at home on his work bench. Fast forward a few more weeks, I picked up the finished product. The piece was basically the original with the setting and stone soldered on. The price was double what I was quoted but I was told if I wanted to let him keep the gold the price would be lowered. The gold he was asking to keep was my Mothers original wedding set minus the center stone so I declined. I wasn’t thrilled with the finished product but thought perhaps it would grow on me. Approximately 1 month later the center stone popped out of the setting. Really bad experience, poor communication, did not listen to what was wanted, shoddy work. Would definitely NOT recommend.
