I have shopped around with previous insurance agencies in my prior years and experienced nothing but problems anytime I needed help or file a claim. With American Family Insurance, I have not had any trouble. Now with higher prices, American Family Insurance spent a good amount of time helping lower my bill and find me any discount that I would greatly benefit from. I highly recommend American Family Insurance.

Anytime I needed adjustments or if I referred someone to the company, Jonathans staff always handled it timely and with excellent customer service. I recently had a death in the family and needed to make some adjustments to the policy. The agent I spoke with Sarah was extremely helpful in dealing with it. Sarah got on it right away and answered all of my questions and was able to make the necessary changes to the policy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A++
