Good chime: I absolutely love this jewelry stand! The pieces are so beautiful and unique, I actually bought a ring here before and completely fell in love with it. Recently, I came back and had the best experience with Alyssa. She went above and beyond to help me, making me feel so confident and excited about my purchase. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that special while shopping, but Alyssa truly did. Because of her and the amazing jewelry, I plan to keep coming back here for all of my jewelry wants and needs. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had!

Matthew Davidson: Much better than the Battleground Fred Meyer location, and a bigger selection than the hazel dell location. Worked with Jessica and she was amazing! She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Would come back here again!

Tara Naipo: I took my ring into the Salmon Creek location for resizing and would like to provide feedback on my experience. I did not purchase the ring at Fred Meyer Jewelers, but based on community recommendations I brought my brand new ring in for resizing. First, I would like to note that my ring still does not fit and is too big. When I picked it up and tried it on in the store, I asked the sales associate if it was resized to a 5.5 and she confirmed that it was resized. At the time of drop off the sales associate mentioned that the shoulders of the ring were slightly turned, but just wanted me to note that and did not mention that it would be an issue with resizing. We examined the ring together and noted that it was barely noticeable. When I picked up my ring I noticed that one side of the shoulder is noticeably twisted and now the line of diamonds are not in a straight line anymore. If you look at the ring from an aerial view, the shoulders are significantly off. Additionally, the rest of the band has a warped or malleated appearance. The base of the band is uneven in size as well with one side being thinner than the other and not evenly distributed. Overall, I’m incredibly upset about the condition my brand new ring is in now after having it resized with Fred Meyer Jewelers. Due to the nature of which my ring was returned to me without any explanation. I can only assume one of these statements must be true: the company does not see an issue with returning a ring in such a poor state where actual damage incurred during their process -or- they neglected to notice at all the damage that had incurred during their process. Both statements lead me to believe this is the quality they are willing to stand by. I do not want to bring it back to Fred Meyer jeweler for repair so I will now need to seek out another jeweler to fix these issues. I would not recommend this jeweler. I have shared this review directly with Fred Meyer Jewelers online feedback form.

Regina McMenomy: Sarah makes the most amazing pieces! I have bought a few premade and a few custom pieces so far. This is the jewelry I get the most compliments for and trust me I have a lot of jewelry! If you’re looking for something unique and attention getting, this is the place to go.

jesselyn carpenter: The jewelry itself is fine, normal quality, but both times I’ve visited I’ve asked for a size 4g, been told “these two rows here” so I pick from those rows, and not until I examine them later do I notice that they aren’t a size 4 at all. Last time I got a size 2 which I haven’t worn and probably will never size up to, this time I got three pairs - one was a size 2, one a size 6 and one a size 4. When I tried to tell the girl that rung me up that they weren’t the right sizes, she told me she couldn’t do anything about it because she wasn’t allowed to do returns. I said it wasn’t my fault, that she told me 2 minutes prior that they were all a size 4, but she said her boss won’t let her do an exchange for the right size. Like whatttt? I get that sanitary reasons are a thing, but she sold me the wrong size straight up and then said she can’t take them back. I’m now out $20 for the pieces of jewelry that I can’t wear (the 2s and 6s). Make sure to CHECK SIZES for yourself before buying because they are unorganized and won’t help you after they swipe your card.

Michelle Bush: This was my first time in a pawn shop and I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a couple of friendly employees. They were helpful and answered all my questions so I able to conduct my business in a timely manner and go about my day. The store was well organized, and very clean. I definitely will go back.
