1 /5 Cheri Correia: In April of this year, I took my wedding ring to Fred Meyer Jewelers in Orchards Vancouver, WA to be resized to wear on my right hand as my husband had passed away. I received a phone call stating that the prongs had to be replaced. I authorized this repair and paid $273.17 to have the repairs made. Yesterday, I looked down at the ring and realized that one of the small diamonds was missing. Obviously, the prong repair was not done properly. I went to the store and was told that they had a 3 month policy on repairs. Since I am at 3 months and 3 weeks, I am totally out of luck. The clerk didnt even look at the ring and offered no recourse at all. This is extremely poor customer service. I might ad that neither of the employees present had the courtesy to stand up when I approached them.
