    TAYLOR ROICE: Heres to the US Bank branch in CWU, and a huge thank-you to the US Bank associate named Lem. I experienced an online payment accounting error where I provided my checking account information but was charged from savings. No CWU employee in Student Accounts nor Cashiering could explain it nor hold themselves accountable, but Lem at this US branch went the extra mile and investigated the issue then resolved it. Glad to have a competent and attentive team up here in Ellensburg :D

    D H: Where do I start? This market has old produce, rude, burned-out cashiers and staff. The alcohol section is right in everyones face when you enter (you think it would be a great place to showcase their best deals). Management is rude. Every staff member never smiles or says have a good day. Some staff wreak of cigarettes and alcohol. Its got unsanitary floors. And for a cherry on top: They have the highest grocery prices in town. Do yourself a favor and go to Holcombs on Columbus Ave. (Also known recently as Akins). Its awesome.
