Absolutely, you, as a company/corporation would be wise to do whatever it takes to keep a team-member such as, Jared, gainfully and happily employed. His customer service is OFF the CHART! "How can I make your day," isnt spoken, but executed, expertly! And MOST IMPORTANTLY I have never sensed his ASSISTANCE has been for any personal gain or accolade.
