I am so thankful to have found this gym! The other members are very friendly and supportive, and the coaches are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and patient, and work toward your individual goals.

5 /5 Rob G: I just moved back to the area and instantly this gym was my top choice to get back into Crossfit. Even though they are under new ownership from my previous time, many of the members and coaches are the same as before. The space is amazing, and I am super appreciative that their classes start at the :30 mark rather than on the hour. The programming is really great for both beginners and advanced athletes, and the coaches are very knowledgeable. Whether you are new to Crossfit or a seasoned athlete, this is a great place to come! The price point is very reasonable for the area.

5 /5 William Harjani: Had my first work out today, it was challenging but we had a great coach guiding us ! Everybody was super friendly ! could not be happier. This gym is big, clean and has quality equipment. Plenty of parking and great hours of operation. Come in and check it out !

1 /5 Anastasiia Frolova: Honestly, I dont know how you guys are in business with such an attitude to customers. My friend visited me from Europe and wanted to do a drop in class on Dec 24th. She made reservation 4 days before the class (time and date were available on the website) and I was listed as a back up contact. 2 hours before the class we get a text that class isnt happening. I call them back and ask why theyre notifying us last minute and how come no one saw reservation in the system until hours before the class? Lady (i think her name is Carla) gives me attitude right off the bat and says " well Im not sure what to say, do you want me to go there and open the gym, so your friend can workout?". I was taken aback by such a rudeness. I asked her if we can reschedule the workout and she promised to send me a link but she never sent one. Luckily, we were able to get refund and thats why this place gets 1 star.
