Columbia Bank - Ellensburg Taylor Scott: Posting this review on the way out from closing my account with this embarrassment of an establishment. Had issues with a previous account with another bank that I was in the middle of taking care of. Without notice, my card was locked and my account set to close and I was told I would receive a check in the mail with my balance. I was left without access to money for gas, food, or even to clear my account with the other bank! Staff was standoffish, blaming "back offices" and unrelated employees for its failure to notify me the was a problem at all, much less that my account with THEM was being closed due to problems with a DIFFERENT bank. I was given no options, no recourse for keeping my account. Just told that the was nothing they could do and sent here on my way. Opening an account here was a mistake, I would advise that if you like a forthcoming bank with open communication and clear policies that you look elsewhere.
