Obviously, the level of experience is there but the level of service is a major disappointment. I will be looking elsewhere in the future for an organization that cares about their clients.

Navy Federal Credit Union - Marysville

Christina K: This bank is absolutely amazing and has always accommodated whenever possible. I have not been disappointed at all. I have my auto loan through them, which the process entirely was a breeze from beginning to end. The staff at this location are so friendly, they are just the sweetest ladies! I feel like I am truly cared about when I go in, not like they are obligated to ask me how my day is. This location (Marysville Washington) is one that you do not have to have military i.d to get onto the base, to go to the bank. You do however, have to have it to shop at the thrift shop on base, the co-op stores or gas station. But you do not need your military i.d to get on base unless they have a threat, are doing a security check for some reason or something like that.. but I have only had that happen a couple times in the 10 years I have been banking with them. I highly recommend Navy Federal Credit Union for all of your banking needs! They are incredible in every single way!

When our business opened up our Coastal account several years ago, we had the most accommodating experience compared to other banks that weve worked with in my career. I would recommend this branch 100%!! Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Mechanics Bank - Marysville

Kinzie Degroot: The Marysville branch has horrible customer service. They are not accommodating and made things far more difficult than they needed to be. I later called the Everett branch who took the time to answer my questions and educate me on industry verbiage and were able to get me exactly what I was looking for. I cannot speak to Homestreet bank as a whole but I would steer clear of the Marysville branch. I am a long time BECU client and cannot say enough good things if anyone is looking to switch to a credit union.

Heritage Bank - Marysville

Dagang Noel (Nolie Dee): I like Heritage Bank but not this branch in particular. I made my car loan payment two weeks in advance and did not get credited two days after the due date. I had to make a phone call to ensure that my payment was credited to my loan account. How can that be if I made my payment with a receipt for that month? I appreciated the help of customer service to correct that problem. I will never again use that Marysville branch....a not so happy customer particularly this branch..
